By using the Utoys website and placing an order, you are agreeing to the terms laid out below. We’ve kept this as straightforward as possible because we’d rather spend our time hunting for cars than reading fine print.

1. The Agreement

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. Our "acceptance" happens the moment we charge your card and generate a tracking number. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason usually due to stock errors, pricing glitches, or if we suspect you’re a bot/scalper. We’re here for the collectors, not the resellers.

2. Pricing

• The Price You See - We do our best to be perfect, but if an item is accidentally listed at an error price we’ll contact you, explain the "stall," and give you the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

3. The Pre-Order Protocol

Pre-orders are a commitment. When you "lock in" a future release:

• ETA is an Estimate - Manufacturers often face delays. We don't control the factory, but we’ll keep you posted.

• Mixed Orders - If you buy an "In-Stock" item and a "Pre-Order" item in the same transaction, the whole box ships when the last car arrives. If you want your in-stock cars now, buy them in a separate checkout.

4. Shipping and "Act of God"

We pack every car like it’s a museum artifact (boxes, bubble wrap, the works). However, once the courier takes the box, the "risk of loss" passes to you. We are not responsible for porch pirates or a mail carrier having a bad day, but we will always help you file a claim with the carrier.

5. Condition Standards

We are a collector’s shop. We define "Mint" as a card and car that would pass a standard enthusiast's inspection. However, "factory-sealed" does not always mean "flawless." Minor factory tumbles or soft edges that occur during mass production are part of the hobby. Anything with significant damage will be listed separately as "damaged/loose."

6. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site, the photos of our fleet, the "Utoys" name, and this very text, belongs to us. Don’t scrape our images or copy our vibe for your own store. That’s just bad sportsmanship.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Utoys is only liable for the amount you paid for your order. We aren't responsible for "emotional distress" caused by missing out on a Super Treasure Hunt or the potential future value of a car you didn't get.
